vacccation

here's what i've done over vacation..

• sunday night i did 120 lbs of laundry with chelsea
• went to yg for a bbq at the linscotts.
  
• then had a sleepover w/her & fell asleep. surprise, surprise. (the movie WAS wicked boring though.)
• worked my butt off at the eastland. 5:30am-noon mon-wed.
• tuesday the van brakes decided to begin to faulter. giving me an absolute heart attack. which left us with no car. so mom got a rental car and had to drive me everywhere. including picking up one of my clients from her day care and bringing her back to her house 45 mins away from the daycare. (what a joy)
• wednesday i spent the night at sandys. ton of food. one almost good movie, and one okay movie. she fell asleep on me at 10pm. oh well.
• thursdayyy i got my car! picked it up with chelsea. we went to target and got a fuzzy steering wheel cover that has hearts on it. =]
  
• then i went over to diana's get my senior pictures done. FINALLY. about half of them turned out okay, the rest of them arent fit to be shown to anyone.
  
• friday i was almost to walmart, and the brake light in my car decided to turn on. that freaked me out. so chelsea and i had to wait in the walmart parking lot for about an hour waiting for AAA to come tow my car away..*sob* however we did get a "meal deal" from a lady that was selling burgers and dogs outside of walmart. i spilt my soda all over me. *scowls*.
• turns out the guys at the garage that originally got my car ready for the road did a sucky job, so i had to get it fixed all over again. i was NOT happy.
• today i went to the movies with adam, his cousin, and kaylynn. we ate at friendly's and i had an amazing honey chicken bacon ranch super melt sandwich thinger. then we went and saw baby mama, which turned out really good. =]

my vacation is officially over in 26 hrs and 14 mins. =[

wheat thins

so lately my sister is obsessed with wheat thins.
in the past 1-2 weeks,
these are the kinds she has gotten:

• low sodium
• BIG
• reduced fat
• ranch
• parmesan basil [nasty btw]
• ranch
• and finally today she got regular
  

im so sick of wheat thins.
but i <3 them just the same.

so today.
theres alot.

started out.
woke up at the crack of dawn.
4:49 to be exact
breakfast shift starts at 5:30.
disgusting xamillion.
anyways.
i got to eastland on time.
which was amazing.

it was pretty sweet today.
i did a few trays of food for banquets tomorrow.
then i helped tucker get breakfast out.
im getting pretty darn tootin amazing.
i've perfected omlets & eggs beni.
and i made some incredible strawberry & blueberry pancakes.
for myself of course. =p

then i came home.
took my mom & KL to her docs appt.
i dropped off my timesheets & got subway.
which the dog decided was his.
he proceeded to eat it, and get ranch
all over the front seat.
freakin tard.
on the way back from gorham.
the brakes started acting funny.
then the brake lights came on.
so i freaked out.
i was able to pick mom & kaylynn up.
and get back home safely.
thank god.
we called a gazillion places.
so our cars in the garage.
we have a rental.
lovely.

we went to city hall//DMV to register my car.
i got pretty plates.tomorrow my car should be ready
to pick up in woolwich.
right now its getting fixed and whatnot.
then i'll officially have my own car!
wahoo!

today i started at the eastland!
it was so fun.
i worked behind the line with tucker, serving lunch.
it isnt very busy during lunch there, but i still i learned how to make 5 or 6 different entrees.
i tried duck, which surprisingly, didnt taste that bad.
and the funny thing is that it really did *taste like chicken*.

so ill be going there three days a week for 2.5 hours.
and so far it's been really good.
and it should stay that way. =]

today i took all my laundry to the laundry mat.
i ended up doing 100 lbs of it.
it was rather ridiculous the amount.
but i had a blast doing it.
it's really fun doing laundry at a laundry mat.

at work the phone kept ringing nonstop and it was really annoying.
i never ended up vacuuming and debbie's opening tomorrow.
oops. =p

thats pretty much it for todays excitement.

today i went to the eastland for an interview, which went really well.
on monday im going to be starting my internship there, and i'll be there four days a week for a couple of hours. it's going to be really fun, and im excited to be able to get out of paths to actually learn things. =]
it does mean that im only at paths once a week for the grade a cafe.
and im really excited to go tomorrow because i havent seen adam all week.
cause he's been on internship as well.
what a week, what a week.

my mom has been bugging me for the past hour or so to get all the nail polish out of my room, except i dont really think there is any in there AND it'd be impossible to find any.
my room is beyond disgusting.
it looks like it had the flu for about a year.


this afternoon my mom and i went through the car wash. HAPPY HOUR! so i got it for half pricee which was pretty sweet. =D
i had the dog with me and he was really intrigued and mystified by it.
usually he freaks out and starts barking at the various things attacking our car, but he didnt this time.


last night chelsea and i made the most amazing meal ever.
beef tips with ridiculously good homemade gravy sauce stuff.
potatoes au gratin with a cheese bechamel sauce.
ammazzzing food.

im tired.
so im going to bed really early tonight.
wahoo.

i hate it when people talk behind other peoples backs.
i also hate it when people cheat to get better grades.
i hate how teachers ignore you when you need help.
i hate how messed up the school system is.
i hate the amount of calories a strawberry coolatta has.
i hate how people say they're a christian, but don't even make an effort to act like one.
i hate how raw meat feels.
i cant stand brain freezes.
i hate how accepted evolution is.
i hate how ignorant some parents are to the needs of their children.
i hate geometry.
i hate how openly people will criticize and ridicule others.
i hate how hard it is to spell criticize.
i hate the pressure that comes with school.
i hate how being sick can mess up your life.
i hate how messed up the government.
i hate how unwilling people can be to listen ideas, beliefs and opinions that are different than their own.

i just don't understand.

i wanna live for love

so today i went to the nurse at deering to get something to wipe my ears with because they are really infected and she told me that it would be good to put some antibiotic sauve stuff on it... i didnt really want it, but since she insisted on it, i let her.

so later when i was at paths, my left ear got really really swollen, and i went to the nurse there. she said that it definetley wasnt a good idea to put anything thicker than water on it. she said if its not better by tomorrow, then i'll need to get some antibiotics. just what i need.

tomorrows the end of the quarter, which means everything needs to be in so there arent any zeros. not only that but notebooks are due in psych. which means i have a ton of homework to do tonight. hurrah.
