monday night april and i saw kung fu panda at the drive-in. there were too many bugs, so we didnt stay for the incredible hulk. we had defective bugspray. we found that out after we had put almost a whole bottle on ourselves and the bugs were STILL landing on us... by the way kung fu panda is incredibly cute and i definitely recommend it. =]
tuesday we perused the mall, talking to a bunch of salespeople despite my great disliking of them.
yesterday i worked 7.30-5 at one of my favorite clients house. she's 87 next week and quite a lady. she has four kids and 14 grandchildren. she gave a handmade afgan to each one of them for their high school graduation and then later a quilt for their college graduation. when i am over there, most of the time is spend reading the newspaper. very very exciting. =p
today i cleaned most of my room and so now a lot of its contents are spread throughout my living room, dining room && hallway. i got a bunch of boxes so i can put stuff together in an organized, stackable fashion. but i forgot the tape gun, so i'll grab it when im at work tomorrow...
tomorrow im making a chicken & cheese rice dish thing. i forgot the formal name, so it sounds wierd. i shall get it later.
im so excited for this weekend, because aprils coming over and we are officially gunna start the moving in process! as well as go job hunting && getting new phones. hopefully i'll convince her to go see a movie or two. or three. there are a ton of movies that i wanna see that have come out recently/come out tomorrow! kajshfkjasf! wahoo!
im be off, goodnight<3

The past couple weeks I have been so very very busy.
I started working at UPS again, so I'm there 3 or 4 times a week.
What a blast that is.....
I'm still working about 30 hrs/week at my other job, so it keeps me really busy.
My aunts having a baby, so I've been knitting up a bunch of stuff for her.
I finished a really cute blue baby coat for her, and surprisingly it actually looks like one!
I knitted a single green bootie, but got really bored with the pattern and never made another one.
Right now I'm working on a blanket. So far its bright orange, but I think I'm going to add some other colors to it as well. Its pretty cute as of yet. =]
Last Wednesday I headed to RI with my parents for orientation at JWU.
I can't even begin to explain how amazing it was.
I am so excited for school to start in September.
A lot of people told me that orientation is really boring and weird because you dont know anyone etc etc.
But I actually had a lot of fun.
I met a girl who is going to be living down the hall from me, and we ended up being roomies for the night. She's from CT and is also going to be majoring in Culinary.
It was nice having someone to hang out with for the two day, and it'll be excellent to already know someone when school starts that I already know and can hang out with and stuff.
As far as the actual orientation, it was busy busy, and there were about 200 students that came. They kept us busy going from one meeting to another. We got our student IDs (mine actually looks pretty darn good for an ID).
Thursday night was activity night and they had a whole bunch of stuff planned for us that we could do. dance party in the gym, ultimate frisbee, basketball, volleyball, and then a movie for all the athletically challenged aka ME. They showed college road trip with Raven Simone, a movie that I do NOT recommend to anyone. It was incredibly weird and Raven kept shrieking throughout the movie.
Now I'm back at home and really excited for fall to come, so I can go back to RI.
Today I gotta work for awhile.
Tomorrow April and I are going to go to the Drive-In, which should be awesomeee.
In a couple days Allison will be back from camp, and her, Heidi & I are gunna have humongous partayys! wahoo.
